WorkKeys™

The WorkKeys™ program helps candidates correctly profile the skills required for a particular job-type. The student can then assess their current work skills as they relate to the job-type and identify areas that are in need of improvement. Areas of focus include Reading for Information, Locating Information, and Mathematics. The program then creates a path to bolster existing skills and close the gap in other areas, ultimately resulting in a Career Readiness Certificate.

By entering your application process with a Career Readiness Certificate, these candidates are able to show that they have demonstrated desirable performance in areas that directly relate to your "real-world" situation.
