Funded Programs - OJT and Classroom Training

On-the-Job training can improve your attractiveness to an employer if you're lacking certain job qualifications, or if the job requires a specific skill you may not be able to acquire otherwise. Through On-the-Job training, the employer agrees to provide training for up to six months while you learn the skills for the position. During that time, a portion of your salary would be supplied by the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS).
