Industry Partnerships (IPs)

Industry Partnerships (IPs) organize employers, workers, and labor from the same industry cluster, bringing them together to address common or overlapping human capital and organizational needs: recruitment, retention, career awareness, skills transfer, and training.

This nationally recognized model provides a demand-driven network of resources, best practice sharing, funding opportunities and tested infrastructure. The result enhances the skills of incumbent workers and increases productivity and quality of services within Pennsylvania.
