  • OJT - On-The-Job Training
    On-the-Job training can improve your attractiveness to an employer if you're lacking certain job qualifications, or if the job requires a specific skill you may not be able to acquire otherwise.

    are for anyone who has been determined eligible by their local CareerLink® to receive Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funded training. › Learn More

    organize employers, workers, and labor from the same industry cluster, bringing them together to address common or overlapping human capital and organizational needs: recruitment, retention, career awareness, skills transfer, and training. › Learn More
  • Advanced Materials and Diversified Manufacturing
    This industry cluster includes nearly all durable goods manufacturing industries and a number of non-durable goods industries. Technological advances have changed the nature of manufacturing nationwide. › Learn More
  • HealthCare
    This cluster represents industries that provide for the health and well-being of Pennsylvania residents. Direct Patient Care forms the cornerstone. › Learn More
  • Information and Communication Services
    This cluster includes businesses that produce and disseminate information: motion pictures, newspapers, and information support industries like computer systems design and internet service providers. › Learn More
  • Logistics & Transportation/Department of Defense & Supply
    Included in the Logistics & Transportation/Department of Defense & Supply cluster are industries related to the storage, transportation and distribution of goods - including all modes of transportation, pipelines, logistics consulting, and other supporting industries. › Learn More
