The South Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development system will be responsive to employer and worker needs, flexible to the changing environment, and driven by principles of quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility. This system will be led by the private sector through coordinated partnerships that will provide training, education, and employment opportunities for all residents within the eight counties in our south central region.
