Mission Statement

The South Central Workforce Investment Board (SCWIB) is responsive to employer and worker needs, flexible to the changing environment and driven by principles of quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibility. SCWIB is led by the private sector through coordinated partnerships providing training, education and employment opportunities for all residents within eight counties in our South Central region.
